1.      General Principles

GlobaleDocs Ltd. ("GlobaleDocs") is committed to protecting the privacy of your information. This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of GlobaleDocs in relation to the use of the GlobaleDocs website (www.GlobaleDocs.com) including the use by Customers in Customer designated areas of the Website and/or any web based platforms provided for the use of the Customers by GlobaleDocs (herein, collectively, the "Website").

This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the GlobaleDocs general Terms of Service as posted at: http://www.globaledocs.com/Terms of use (the "Terms of Service") and the use of the Services (as defined below) is subject to your agreement to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, do not use the Services.

2.      Covered Information

This Privacy Policy covers the information practices of the Website that links to this Privacy Policy. However, the Website may contain links to other websites (such as to third party services). GlobaleDocs is not responsible for the information practices or the content of such other websites.  GlobaleDocs encourages you to review the privacy policies of such other websites to understand their information practices prior to using their services.

GlobaleDocs offers a variety of applications and services that are provided on the GlobaleDocs platform, such applications are collectively referred to herein as the “Services”. Additional Services which are not currently offered may be offered by GlobaleDocs in the future. This Privacy Policy shall apply to the use of such additional Services as well.

3.      Acceptance

By using or accessing the Website, you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

4.      Information Collected

GlobaleDocs may collect information from individuals who visit the Website (“Visitors”) and shall collect certain information form users who register to use the Services (“Customers"). When you visit the Website you may provide GlobaleDocs with two types of information: limited personal information (if requested) and content or information you knowingly choose to disclose and/or post on the Website.

When registering to use the Services, GlobaleDocs requires its users to provide it with personal contact information, including, among others, name, company name, address, phone number, and email address (“Required Contact Information”). When purchasing the Services, GlobaleDocs requires you to provide the financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address and credit card number (“Billing Information”). GlobaleDocs may also ask its users to provide additional information, such as information regarding the user's business and expected use of the Services (“Optional Information”). Required Contact Information, Billing Information, and Optional Information are herein referred to collectively as “Customers Data"

You may post any Content (as defined in the Terms of Service) on the Website at your own risk. GlobaleDocs cannot control the actions of other people or entities with whom you may choose to share your Content. We cannot and do not guarantee that your posted Content will not be viewed (or even harmed) by unauthorized persons. GlobaleDocs is not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

5.      Billing information

GlobaleDocs uses third-party service provider to manage credit card processing. Such service provider is not permitted to store, retain, or use Billing Information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on GlobaleDocs’ behalf.

Should you cancel your subscription, your Billing Information will be removed by the payment processing provider.

6.      Navigational Information

GlobaleDocs may also collect information through the use of commonly-used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and web bugs (“Navigational Information”). Navigational Information includes standard information from your web browser (such as browser type and browser language), your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, and the actions you take on the Website.

6.1 Cookies

GlobaleDocs uses cookies. When you visit the Website, GlobaleDocs’ servers send a cookie to the computer used to access the Website. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. Standing alone, cookies do not personally identify you. They merely recognize your web browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself to GlobaleDocs, either by registering to the Services or filling out any form of the Website, you remain anonymous to GlobaleDocs.

GlobaleDocs uses cookies that are session-based and persistent-based. Session cookies exist only during one session. They disappear from your computer when you close your browser software or turn off your computer. Persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your browser or turn off your computer.

If you have chosen to identify yourself to GlobaleDocs, the Company uses session cookies containing encrypted information to allow the Company to uniquely identify you. Each time you log into the Services, a session cookie containing an encrypted, unique identifier that is tied to your account, is placed on your browser. These session cookies allow the Company to uniquely identify you when you are logged into the Services and to process your online transactions and requests. Such cookies are required to use the Services.

GlobaleDocs uses persistent cookies that only GlobaleDocs can read and use to identify browsers that have previously visited the Website. When you subscribe for the Services or otherwise provide the Company with personal information, a unique identifier is assigned to you. This unique identifier is associated with a persistent cookie that GlobaleDocs places on your web browser. The Company is especially careful about the security and confidentiality of the information stored in persistent cookies. If you disable your Web browser’s ability to accept cookies, you will not be able to successfully use the Services.

GlobaleDocs also uses local shared objects, also known as 'Flash cookies', to store your preferences or display Content based upon what you view on the Website to personalize your visit. Third parties, with whom GlobaleDocs partners or may partner in the future (to provide certain Services and features on the Website or to display advertising based upon your web browsing activity), may use Flash cookies to collect and store information.

6.2 Web Bugs

GlobaleDocs uses web bugs to compile information about Customers and Visitors’ usage of the Website and interaction with emails from GlobaleDocs. Web bugs are clear electronic images that can recognize certain types of information on your computer, such as cookies, when you viewed a particular Website tied to the web bug. The use of the web bugs improves the Website and email communications from GlobaleDocs.

6.3 Third Party Cookies

From time-to-time, GlobaleDocs may engage third parties to track and analyze usage and volume statistical information from Visitors and Customers. The information provided to third parties does not include personal information, but this information may be re-associated with personal information after GlobaleDocs receives it.

GlobaleDocs may use information from cookies and web bugs in combination with other data about Customers to provide you with information about GlobaleDocs and the Services.

6.4 Customer Testimonials

GlobaleDocs may post a list of customers and their logos and/or testimonials on the Website that contain information such as customer names and titles. GlobaleDocs shall obtain the consent of each Customer prior to posting any information on such a list or posting testimonials.

7. Sharing Your Content with Third Parties

GlobaleDocs will share your personal information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. GlobaleDocs do not sell your personal information to third parties.

GlobaleDocs may be required to disclose user information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. GlobaleDocs does not reveal information until GlobaleDocs has a good faith belief that an information request by law enforcement or private litigants meets applicable legal standards. Additionally, GlobaleDocs may share account or other information when GlobaleDocs believes it is necessary to comply with law, to protect its interests or property, to prevent fraud or other illegal activity perpetrated through the Website or using the GlobaleDocs' name, or to prevent imminent bodily harm. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, agents or governmental agencies.

In any case in which the ownership of GlobaleDocs' business shall change, your user information may be transferred to the new owner so the Service can continue operations.

8.      Communications from the Website

GlobaleDocs will use your email address in order to send you transactional emails related to your account with GlobaleDocs or the Services, and promotional emails. If you no longer wish to receive non-transactional and promotional emails you may follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in the promotional communications which you receive. Additionally, you may send a request specifying your communications preferences to support@globaledocs.com. Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account with GlobaleDocs or the Services.

9.      Customer Data

Customers may electronically submit data or information to the Services. GlobaleDocs will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such data except as provided in the Terms of Service, or as may be required by law. In accordance with the Terms of Service, GlobaleDocs may access such data only for the purpose of providing the Services, preventing or addressing service or technical problems, at a Customer’s request, or as may be required by law.

10.    Security

GlobaleDocs takes appropriate precautions to protect GlobaleDocs' users' information and content. GlobaleDocs has physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards which protect your account information and uploaded content. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on GlobaleDocs' order forms, these transactions, as any other transactions and actions on the Website are processed over an industry standard SSL/TLS connection, with a minimum of 1024-bit encryption. Because email and instant messaging are not recognized as secure communications, GlobaleDocs' request that you not send private information or data to GlobaleDocs by email or instant messaging services. 11.    Terms of Service, Notices and Revisions

Your use of the Website, and any disputes arising from it, is subject to this Privacy Policy as well as GlobaleDocs' Terms of Service and all of its general provisions including warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnity and choice of law. GlobaleDocs reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, at its sole discretion. In case of a material change to this Privacy Policy, GlobaleDocs will provide notification of such material changes through the Website, prior to the change becoming effective. GlobaleDocs encourages you to periodically review this page for the latest information on GlobaleDocs' privacy practices. Unless stated otherwise, GlobaleDocs current privacy policy applies to all information that it has about you and to any of your account.
